THE NEW ENDLESS BANDKNIFE CONTOUR CUTTING MACHINE, JUST DON’T CALL IT SIMPLY “EVOLUTION”

 

The endless band knife automatic contour cutting machine SLC EV has been designed to meet high productivity and versatility requirements.

The newly conceived central knife guidance (whose insertion is the fastest and smartest in the market) enables to support the blade only when needed. This assures the best performance in terms of speed and cutting precision on narrow blocks, and the extension of the machine's cutting range towards hard materials.

A powered turntable and a precise clamp device allow a cross contouring operation for perfect 3D products.

During the designing phase, we mainly focused on the end-user experience. Indeed, the SLC EV is easy to use, both in the case of automatic and manual operations.

The controlling software is very easy and quick to use. It can import existing archives thanks to the DXF and other formats compatibility.

The RAM Planner allows to acquire and/or reedit new designs, and schedule efficient production plans. This can be done thanks to the possibility of preparing complex layouts and precise cutting paths.

The machine can be equipped, among others, with automatic unloading and/or loading conveyors, for an outstanding level of productivity.
